ANDINO MARRIAGE: A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE

The Andean Marriage is a union of correspondence, reciprocity and complementarity where the couple put all their love and intent provides for the blessing of the Pachamama and the Apus having the Andean duality.

The Andean Marriage is an exercise in simplicity and humility, in which the couple must enter the ceremony with an open and pure heart.

It is a time of thanks and commitment to the natural elements of the Andes, to initiate or continue a path together.

A part of the dress the bride and groom choose as your clothes for the wedding, they have to wear special clothes: the bride has to wear a "Lliclla" (which is a typical blanket woven with women to carry their babies and load others); the groom has to take a "chumpi" which is the symbol of the union.
