Colca Canyon: Trekking to Cosñirhua

Pick up from the hotel at 04:00 am in private bus to take us to the CANYON stopping at the village of Chivay after 3 hours travelling to stretch your legs a bit, then continue our journey towards to the Cruz del Condor, enjoying in this place for a time of 1 ½ hours looking to the fabulous flight of the condors, then we will go to the village of Cabanaconde located at 3287, place where we will have lunch and will be ready to start our hike into the canyon through Pampa San Miguel, where we can see part of the route that will take place. Thus beginning our descent towards the village of San Juan de Chuccho making a walk about 4 hours to the Colca River, crossing by a suspended bridge, then we will learn about some fruit and native plants in this area, as well as medicinal plants, ending our trekk in the village of Cosñirhua, where we will eat and share with local families, his daily experiences. 

We will start the day having our breakfast and then continue our journey to the canyon Malata visiting the village and then turn to Sangalle ( better known as the Oasis) where we will arrive after two hours of trekking.
In Sangalle we can relax and have a refreshing bath in pools of 20C ° then we will have lunch, rest and prepare for our ascent to the canyon with a walking time of about 3 hours, towards the village where we will arrive to CABANACONDE and overnight there, staying in a hostel with basic services ( comfortable rooms, private bathroom, towels, toilet paper and hot water). 

We will get up at 08:00 in the for breakfast, and then start a short 30 minute walk to the viewpoint of Achachihua where we will see one of the most fabulous landscapes of the Colca Canyon , then we will return to Cabanaconde 30 minutes, then will back to Chivay district with the respective stops in the valley to appreciate the work of the Inca and pre-Inca terraces on the way to Wayrapunku, near the village of Chivay, then we will go to the Thermo Medicinal Baths of Calera 38 º C where we can enjoy the calming waters for a period of 1 hour, and then return to Chivay, here we will have lunch and will return to the city of Arequipa arriving at 17.30 pm aprox.
