Cusco City Tour: Visit the City

Daily departures

The tour starts at the impressive Cathedral of Cusco that contains over 400 paintings from the Cusco School and also several altars.

Then we will visit the Temple of the Sun: Qoricancha, main religious center of the Incas dedicated to the worship of the Sun.  According to the chroniclers, the walls of this temple were entirely covered with gold.

Then we will go to the top of the city to visit the nearby ruins of 2-8 kms. from downtown we will get Sacsayhuaman, Qenko, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay.
