- salt mines of maras and moray village
Salineras of Maras (salt mines) have about 3000 small wells with an average area of about 5 m², built on the side of the slope of the "Qaqawiñay" mountain, here we have the opportunity to learn how the salt is and has been extracted from this site since pre-Inca times.
Moray is an agricultural experimental center of Incas times. It is a mysterious and fascinating place built with terraces that overlap concentrically, this is one of the major energy centers of the Sacred Valley. Its parabolic shape absorbs and concentrates the telluric cosmic energies.
